Callahan The Phantom Duelist

LORE:

An ex sheriff of Bilgewater gone rogue, Callahan took various mercenary task throughout Runeterra. From assassinations to stealing technology, he became a large target from the renown sheriff of Piltover, Caitlyn. After evading countless attempts to capture Callahan, he retired from his life of crime after steal a prototype weapon from Jayce and a prototype weapon from Viktor. Wandering Runeterra he found himself drawn to the Shadow Isles where he met a mysterious being who offering him tremendous power...at a cost. Bored with his life of wandering, he agreed to the offer to begin his plan of domination.

APPEARANCE: (As I an utterly inept at drawing I can only give a brief description of how he would look.)

Callahan wears a black cloak that cover his entire body and has a black hood. His face has an appearance like smoke and only his eyes are visible.

ABILITIES: (Apart being inept at drawing, I'm almost bad with balancing numbers...so yea.)

Callahan introduces a new Ammo style resource system. Callahan has X number of auto attacks before needing to do a short "reload". (X Scales as he levels and the reload time decreases.)

Passive: Shadow Clip Every 5th reload, Callahan gains bonus magic damage for the duration of that clip.

Q: Shrapnel Shot Callahan shoots his target slowing them briefly.

• When used with a Shadow Clip active, the slow strength is increased.

W: Explosive Rounds Callahan reloads (Advances his reload counter) his pistol with a clip of explosive shots. His auto attacks now deal splash damage, doing reduced damage to surrounding targets.

• When used with a Shadow Clip, the splash damage is the same as the target damage.
• Using Shrapnel Shot with both a Shadow Clip and Explosive Rounds active makes the slow AOE.

E: Tactical Reload Callahan dashes a short distance and reloads (Doesn't advance his reload counter) his clip with his current clip setup. *Using when a Explosive Clip, Shadow Clip, or combined is active, cooldown is triggered but cannot be used on these clips twice in a row. (So you can have them permanently.)

R: Double Tap Callahan pulls out a second pistol and begins to fire continuously (Fire rate is determined by Attack Speed like Lucian) at a selected target while being able to continue to use his auto attacks. *If Callahan auto attacks a different target, he has reduced attack speed for the duration of Double Tap. *If Callahan auto attacks the same target he initially chose, he has no reduced attack speed from multiple targets.
