Luden's not procing?

I was playing around with the Pulsefire Ezreal skin doing some on-hit stuff as usual. I bought the Runeglaive, lichbane, and Ludens Echo when i noticed that the Ludens wasn't procing. I bought Rylias to see if on-hits were still working after lich and runeglaive and it was still working. I then sold the ludens and still had on hits with others.

Did i miss in some patch notes that lichbane and ludens wont work together or something?
