Gwen , the challenger
Well gwen is a champion with two swords. one having a black blade and the other a silver one. she come from noxus high academy of sword art and looking for a challenger yielding sword art like her(looking for fiora). Champion insight; she is a squishy champion with poor escape routes but has high damage. Spells: Pasive Gwen can yield two swords; the black one mark the enemy after each 3 consecutive attacks or spells and the next spell on that target will consume the mark and deals (+10% of enemy maximum health) true damage; the mark dissipates after 6 sec when the target is no more attacked by Gwen , whereas the silver one will deal additional damage equals to (25%) of gwen missing mana but after 3 consecutive attack on the same champion the effect is null for 3 sec for both swords.
All cd are in seconds.
Q - Lets change(no cost) (3 cd) Passive: Gwen gain atk speed per level (5/10/15/20/25%) Active: Gwen switches her sword with the other one, at level 5 gwen can holds both her swords at will and uses both swords to atk a target.
W - sword art(40/50/60/70/80 mana) (10/9/8/7/6 cd) Active: Gwen targets an enemy she dash to the target dealing 60/80/100/120/140(+ 20/26/32/38/44% of ad power), if it dashes and there is an/or another enemy champion in a radius(500) of the targeted enemy she quickly dashes to him also for the same amount of damage but will end her dash only at first targeted enemy.
E - En garde (50/60/70/80/90 mana) (20/17/14/11/8 cd) After dealing damage to an enemy champion(s) and makes him/them low at 50% of their health she can activate this ability after marking them as "cowards". Active: She challenges the enemy champion(s) to continue the challenge that he/they have started forcing them to fight(for 2/4/6/8/10 sec. At that moment she gains bonus movement speed toward those "cowards" and has a 31/42/53/64/75% of critically strike them with both spells and basic attacks. ( That critical strike don't stack with other critically strike items.)
R - Sword dance(140/180/220 mana) (100/75/50 cd) Passive: Spells and basic attack deal an additional true damage on the missing health of her enemies (+15/30/50%). Active: Gwen performs his deadly sword dance she spins in front of her rapidly for 50/100/150(+15%) slight damage and marking every champions she hits as "cowards", and mark them with the buff of both her swords then after 5 seconds she dashes to all champions having one of her buff active; becoming untargetable and consume all her buffs for 100/150/225(+35/60/85% of her ad). While spinning Gwen cant be stopped.
