New Champion: Poro

Now I know Poro is a creature that most people do not see as a champion, but Poro is still a champion that needs to be created. I was thinking about having him be a tank/fighter champion played Top or Jungle. His Q is that he bites an opponent that adds an additional basic attack that does 30/60/90/130/160% of a his ad. His W shields his from 20/30/50/60/70% of incoming damage for 1/2/3/4/5 seconds. Poro's E swipes his tongue around in a circle dealing aoe damage and applies slow to anyone who gets hit by it. His E scales by both ad and ap, the damage per level is 50/80/110/140/170. His ultimate reminds me of Zaks because it activates when Poro dies, he explodes into 3 little Poros with 1/4 of his maximum health each but they do the same damage as he normally does. They attack any enemy around them but focus champions if their are any nearby. Poro's passive is that whenever he kills an enemy (champion, monster,minion) he gains 10 health. Poro has no mana and is as big as the one in aram before he explodes. I think his first skin should be a mustache Poro because that is what he is known for.
