In-game Report?
Am I the only one who forgets to report someone after the game ends? I for one would like to be able to do an in-game report. Like a button next to the players name when you hit tab that brings up the report screen.

Ehh if they annoyd you enough you would remember. If you forgot, maybe they weren't that bad.
While this would make it easier for you to remember submitting a report, this is also a distraction from the game at hand. Please don't be doing other things while the game is going on; Riot certainly won't be adding any feature to enable doing so. If you have forgotten about the problem by the time the game is over then it probably wasn't that big a deal, and if it was then chances are someone else reported anyway.
Depending on how much description you plan to put in the report, I'm not sure it'd be worth the amount of time it might take to submit it in-game. At the very least it would distract you from the game for several seconds.
Meh... I just wouldn't want people filling out reports in the middle of a game. That's just as bad as getting in a flame war. Idc about the insults, it's the fact they're distracting everyone from the task at hand and turning the game into a big flame war.
