[Champion Concept] Homer, Histories Keeper of Myths.
We all are probably familiar with Homer, credited author of The Iliad and the Odyssey. Homer is an old man who wears a brown/tan robe, and carries around a scroll. His moves are based off of Mythology and Hystory
Roles: Mage/Fighter?
Resource: Mana
Passive: Homer gains permanent stacks of Fame for each champion kill or assists. As his fame as a story teller grows, so does the strength of his pets. Homer gains bonus attack damage and ability power. Also, when in range, Homers basic attacks will cause his pets to attack instead. Each pet applies on hit effects. Each pet lasts for 30 seconds, and the cool down on each pet is 12 seconds. Is able to have all pets active. All pets attack speed scales directly with Homers.
Q: Tale of Cerberus: Homer calls forth from the ground Cerberus, the 3 headed dog, knocking up all enemies caught for 1 second. Deals magic damage and physical damage, but more magic damage than physical. Cerberus has 20% of Homers max health, and scales off of homers AD. +10% of homers movement speed.
W: Tale of Polyphemus: Homer summons Polyphemus, the cyclops that Odysseus struck blind. The Cyclops has 35% of Homers max health, and half of Homers magic resistance and armor, but little physical damage due to his blind state (+0.2 AD). The first strike that Polyphemus does will stun the the first target hit for 2 seconds, but not subsequent targets. Polyphemus is also rather slow in his blind state, having 10% less movement speed than Homer.
E: Tale of the Hydra: Homer summons a powerful hydra at target location, dealing area of effect damage and slowing enemies. The Hydra has 18% of Homers max health and deals physical damage. Every third subsequent attack will cause the Hydras to breath fire in a cone, dealing magic damage to enemies. Same movement speed as Homer.
now, I have 2 ideas for an ultimate. Both are based upon AD and/or AP. Haven't decided whether it should be both or just one.** Let me know in the comments which you prefer: **
1: Shipwreck: Homer calls upon Odysseus, who shipwrecks at a target location, damaging all enemies and slowing them. Any of Homers beasts hit will explode and deal additional damage. The area is similar to Nami's wave, and will deal damage along the whole way, at the end breaking apart and disappearing.
2: Pompeii: Homer recollects the history of Pompeii buried in ashes. Homer proceeds to call down on target location hot sulfur and cinder rocks, dealing moderate damage to all enemies in the target location. Afterwards, a cloud of ash sweeps over the area, burning enemies and obscuring vision of everyone inside the area, making allies obscured from sight for 3 seconds (similar to graves smokescreen ability). The area has a radius of 1500 units.
How do you like the idea?
