Champion Concept: Lahk, the deep crawler
Deep beneath the frozen wastes of the freljord, in the freezing tides sleeps a creature of tales. Believed to be a child's story, the people talk of the one who prowls beneath the ice, who stalks those foolish enough venture onto the frozen waters alone. His name long forgotten, his legacy as a brutal killer lives on with the people as he sleeps deep beneath the ice, undisturbed. But when war broke out among the people, and the land was razed, the blood soaked deep into the frozen tides, and from his slumber rose the beast, his hunger left unfulfilled for too long. Now Lahk has returned, and from the icy waters he has emerged, ready to consume everything.

Lahk is a hybrid jungler who is able to clear out camps and secure kill in the early game for his team, and relies heavily on his unique interactions with the river and his pools to make his way into the late game. with a kit stocked with slows and his passive, Lahk can position himself, or enemies, into teamfights with ease, and his ult can allow his team to burst down targets. what he lacks in mobility and escapes, Lahk makes up for in damage and burst, making him a powerful addition to any team.

Abilities
Passive: Tidecrawler Lahk excels in the water, and when he is in the river or on his pool he gains bonus move speed and attack damage, scaling with his level Bonus move speed: 5/8/14% bonus AD: 2/3.5/5%
Q: chilled waters Lahk creates a pool of icy water at a target location for a short duration. this pool slows enemies while they are in the waters for a set amount, and activates Lahks passive. Lahk may have a limited amount of pools at a time, increasing with his ult. Cast range: 600 Pool duration: 10 seconds at all ranks Slow amount: 25/30/35/40/45% Cooldown: 18/16/14/12/10 seconds Pool Limit: 1 at all ranks
W: Tidal Spout When activated, Lahk gains bonus AD for a short duration. When Lahk in on a pool, or in the river, his attacks gain splash damage in a cone, dealing bonus magic damage equal to a portion of his max health to all targets. Duartion: 3 seconds at all ranks Bonus AD: 15/20/25/30/35 Bonus magic damage: 1/2/3/4/5% max health Cooldown: 10/9/8/7/6 seconds
E: Deep Freeze If Lahk is on a body of water, he can channel the cold of the freljord to launch a jet of icy water at an enemy, dealing magic damage to them and slowing them for a short duration. if Lahk uses this ability while on a pool, he drains the remaining time of the existing pool. If Deep freeze kills an enemy champion, the cooldown is refreshed and Lahk spawns a pool where the enemy died, with a shortened lifespan. Slow: 30/40/50/60/70% slow duration: 3 seconds at all ranks Damage: 80/120/160/200/240 (.6% AP)
R: Drown Lahk targets a single enemy and creates a pool beneath them, dragging the enemy and himself under the water for a short duration and dealing damage, making them both untargetable for the duration. If Drown Kills the target the pool erupts, dealing a percent of the damage to all enemies in the area. Duration: 2.5 seconds at all ranks Damage: 200/300/400 (.6 AD)(.5 AP) Eruption damage: 40/60/80% pool limit: 2/3/4
