not really sure about a back story just yet but if anyone comes up with something that'd be awesome! on to the stats

ABILITIES

passive Demacian Dominance: Jarvan excerts power over his enemies, increasing his damage to all he has dominated. Jarvans basic attacks mark enemies with dominance. Jarvans abilities consume the mark for additional effects. an enemy cannot be marked more than once every 15 seconds.

Q: Overbearing Strength Jarvan passively increases his AD, when activated Jarvans attacks also deal bonus true damage based on the enemies maximum health for a short duration. the passive is lost during cooldown. If jarvan attacks a marked enemy after activation, the first attack deals additional damage based on Jarvans max health. passive: increases AD by 5/10/15/20/30% active: attacks deal true damage equal 2/4/6/8/10% maximum health duration: 6 seconds cooldown: 18/16/14/12/10 mana cost: 50 at all ranks Dominance effect: deals 10/12/14/16/20% of max health as bonus damage

W: Warcry Jarvan lets out a terrifying yell, dealing damage to enemies in a small area ad healing for a portion of the damage done. Warcry also stuns marked enemies Active: lets out a yell, dealing 90/130/170/210/250 (*1.0 AD) and healing for 5/8/12/15/18% of the damage done Dominance stun duration: .05/.08/1.2/1.5/2.0 seconds cooldown: 10 seconds at all ranks mana cost: 45/65/85/105/125 range: 500 units

E: Temperate Agression Jarvan takes his sword in both hands, channeling for a short duration before slashing out at all enemies in front of him, dealing damage and knocking back all enemies hit in a cone. Dominance instead knocks up for a short duration, dealing bonus damage. Active: Jarvan channels for 0.5 seconds before swinging his sword with both hands in a cone, dealing 50/75/100/125/150 (*.8 AD) and knocking back units. knock back range: 450 units cooldown: 14/12/10/8/6 seconds mana cost: 100 at all ranks Dominance: knocks up for .5 seconds, dealing an additional 50/75/100/125/150 damage.

R: Demacian warground Jarvan thrives on the battlefield, so exerts his power to create a zone around himself that marks enemies with dominance and deals damage per second to all enemies within it. Active: creates a ring of warzone around Jarvan that follows him, dealing 100/150/200 (*.40 AD) per second and marking all enemies within it with dominance, while taking an additional 10/15/20% damage. Dominated enemies in the zone don't lose their mark after being hit. zone range: 750 units cooldown: 180/150/120 seconds mana cost: 150/125/100 duration: 8 seconds

it's a pretty good idea, but if I were you I would change the name. Also, I would change his W because if he hits everyone with his passive his W will stun everyone. His R sounds a lot like Jarvan's ult too. The mana cost for his ult should stay 100 because most ults stay 100 for the entire game. Also, what role does he play because he sounds like a support?
