I think it would be a good idea to be able to lock in 6 people just in case someone has to go. Especially during the 16 man tournaments. They could spectate but 3 mins behind, and be able to switch with other teammates between games.

or you could have them view in real time but limit there vision to only that of there team, kind of like the coach in the game when they look over there players
