The Victorious Morgana Skin: Suggestions, Quarrels, etc.? @Riot/Whomever this needs to be directed

Currently, I have many quarrels with this skin. The inconsistency between the pool, ultimate, shield, binding, and auto nerves me. The auto has a star/galaxy effect while the w (having some sort of galaxy effect) doesn't have any star elements; as goes for the ultimate (which has a tether effect similar to the tether of the q and the auto [them being lines]) has no star effects, either. The skin has a very mat appearance (which for a creature that is a fallen angel seems to uniform). I feel the skin needs to have a more rugged/worn-down look, as appose to the current.
Suggestions:
On the pool (W): Add a particle effect that either A. Leaves a golden footstep that fades over time as the pool does for champions that walk though the pool. B. Have stars pop up from the underside of enemy footsteps as they walk through it.
On the ultimate (R): Add a star-like effect on the tether it's self and keep the consistency between the Q and the Auto.
The model it's self: Make the model feel more damage, rugged, worn.
On the death animation: Instead of the typical death animation particle (flames coming from behind/around the champion) revamp it and make that death particle uniform with the other particles.
Closing:
After all, it is a victorious skin. I want to feel like the time I put into getting gold/platinum/diamond/master/challenger was worth it. I want to feel victorious... like I feel like a champion with Championship Thresh (not like I played over 600 games or more for a skin that's not worth even going into a custom game and looking at).
Those are my critiques on the the skin. Like the thread, comment why I'm wrong or right, what you noticed, etc. ^_^/
