Surrender Vote

Seriously, can we just get rid of it once the vote fails. No one cares what anyone else thinks in this game anyhow. When you see two out of three people want to end the game it's just like, "Okay, we have two people who want to quit. I'm still playing. K thanks." There's no point in keeping it around after the vote's failed. Especially when you have people who just don't want to vote and the vote just stays on the side of the screen. It's just an annoyance. Once the vote hits two "No" votes it should just dissapear.
