[Champion Concept] Sting, the Exploiter

Hello! I'm FlashBash21, and this is my champion concept of Sting, the Exploiter

Abilities:

P: In Sighst Enemies damaged by Sting will be revealed for 6 seconds Pierce Sting gains 30% bonus Armor Penetration

Q: Forceful Stab Sting stabs his blade through a target enemy, dealing 10/30/50/75/100(+100% bonus AD) Physical Damage and shreds 5/8/11/14/17% of the targets Armor for 2 seconds. All while dealing 5/15/25/40/65(+100% bonus AD) Physical Damage to targets 100 units behind the first.

W: Internal Radar Active: Sting uses his SUPER AWESOME TRACKING SKILLZ to scout out a nearby area, gaining vision of that area for 2/3/4/5/6 seconds Passive: Enemies who attack Sting will basic attacks become affected with In Sights

E: Slash Sting slashes in front of him, dealing 30/45/60/85/115(+50% AD) Physical Damage. Slash has 50% bonus Armor Penetration (See "My Probably Inaccurate Bronze Explanation" for details).

R: Seeking Daggers Sting fires 3 daggers at nearby enemies(focusing Champions) (Targeting a unit will cause one of the daggers to go to that unit) dealing 50/100/150(+30% AD)** Physical Damage** and shreds each targets Armor by 10/20/30(+.05 AD)% for 4 seconds but only takes 50% of the Armor Pen from Forceful Stab and Pierce. Sting can reactivate Seeking Daggers to blink to afflicted enemies once per target.

Lore: He is a dude that exploits the weaknesses of his enemies kills them (This is a freaking masterpiece compared to some of Rito's recent lore. Sorry Rito :P).

My Probably Inaccurate Bronze Explanation (of 'Sting'): Well, its seems as if you have not yet became bored this concept yet, and for that I thank you. But I'm making this section just to explain what I think this guys could do. First off the name, that God awful name. I suck at names so please excuse it. Next is abilities and play style. As you may have noticed, Sting has a crap ton of Armor Pen. I wanted to make an assassin-like champion that not only provided burst, but an asset that the rest of the team can use to its advantage. Of course he wont be able to 100-0 anything but an ADC, but allows his AD teammates to do more. So obviously Sting works well in more AD heavy comps. Sting's Passive has two parts,** In Sights** which reveals enemies he hits, and** Pierce**, which increases armor pen. His Q is more of an basic attack modifier than anything, it deals extra damage, applies armor pen, and damage units behind the first target. His W is what makes him more of a tactical assassin, revealing areas and buffing his passive. His E just simply slashes enemies in front of him, but has 50% bonus armor pen. That simply means if Sting has 20% armor pen, slash would deal damage as if he had 30% armor pen, make sense? His R is his main engage, marking targets, absolutely destroying their armor, and allowing him to blink to them for 6 seconds. If used correctly, I feel this would be devastating to tanks in team fights, and making their carries even more squishy then they already are. However, this would make Sting more of a kill or be killed champion.
