Academy Ezreal skin

The concept is simple since the recent release of the academy skin on Ahri and Ekko. A similar outfit can be done for Ezreal with the academy outfit, maybe a blue blazer plus the red tie. I know the dance is similar to the Melanchology of haruhi suzumiya that's why the skin gotta be related with Academy and change colours on that skin with the same tematic colours of the other existing academy skins.
