Is Firecracker Jinx going to be legacy?
I know the skin came with the celebration of the chinese new year or sth. Do you think that it will become legacy?

Na it won't. If it was gonna be legacy it would have left the store a loooong time ago.
The less people wearing that skin the better.
Every skin will become a legacy skin at one point or another. However, i dont think her skin will go into the vault for a long time

As others have mentioned, if she were to be legacy, she would have become available after the Lunar Revel ended. She's currently still in the store for purchase, which means she's not a legacy skin. :]
We do have a legacy which contain older skins, but it'll be a while before she ends up in there!
