introduce a new scalar that is amplified by the attacker's damage scaling and our own resistance scaling. something like: heal for 6% of the incoming damage BEFORE resistances for single target abilities.

so if they attack you for 300 damage without pen, and if you have 100 armor then they would deal 132 damage, instead of 150 as you heal for 18 per attack.
