Project Shaco Skin? Next wave of Project Skins?

Any word or hint about when the next Project Line comes out?

To add to that it would be awesome if we got a "dysfunctional" Project Shaco skin. Instead of being all sleek like the others he is some sort of beta version with missing plates wires sticking out etc. Having holographic boxes, a digital puff animation. Light up daggers. His dance would be him doing the worm then his arm falls off etc...

I guess ultimately something like Ultron from Avengers his first iteration was a mix match of Iron Man suits.

Heck I would even be up for some kind of mini game where if he kills others champs using project skins he will scavenge a piece of their armor to better complete his own. Just a visual effect mini game no physical rewards.

Just rambling on let me know what you think? Who else would be great candidates for a new Project Line.
