We totally need a new Skin for Thresh
I mean Riot clearly stated this is not going to be implemented for a variety of reasons but I just feel this urge to suggest a Trashman 
skin
Throwing up a scrapwall/garbagewall as his ult
with a little garbage can to collect souls
it's great really
a little plastic Trash hook
Really this stuff is basically writing itself
