Urgot and Poppy

This Two champions are the most unused in the game. I know u guys like to make others champions very op, but this champions need to change there abilities like Urgot (R) then when Ryze use his (W) he can block them and puppy have a huge problem because all the abilities are close to the enemy . The important of this is then all the champions are important in the game. Please fix this!! and Thank U.
