Suggestion: The mark for Lee Sin's second Q becomes a treasure map with an 'X' on it.
He has two eye patches and a parrot on his shoulder and one leg is a peg-leg
Q- Throws the parrot in the target direction W- Surrounds himself in GP oranges E- A mini cannon explosion around him R- Kicks enemy with peg-leg
There you go riot now all you need to do is create dialogue and champion interactions.

It would be great but I'd doubt they'd make it any time soon since knockout lee sin is still somewhat new and bilge water just ended.
