Video showing Graves with a cigar and has more than 10 million views, but sure, Graves can't have a cigar in the splash art.
Is this hypocrisy, ignorance, lack of consistency, or a combination of all of the above? I'm not sure, but I do know that it's disgusting that Riot damages their game for all of us for the sake of some foreign censorship. One of the primary reasons for my partial shifting to Heroes of the Storm is that Riot refuses to add humanoid skeletons to their game (HotS is about to add the Skeleton King, Leoric, and there's already a skeleton-themed map); Graves' cigar is just another casualty of their current policies (while Gragas' alcohol abuse and cigarette remain as proof of hypocrisy/lack of consistency/etc.).
Alright frienderinos all you guys have to do is go Here - http://imgur.com/a/9n0iG - < click on it and download all three images.
Name the large spash art "Graves_Splash_0.jpg", the loading screen art "Graves_0.jpg", and the small square "Graves_Square_0.png" and copy all of these into the air client asset files (Riot Games\League of Legends\RADS\projects\lol_air_client\releases\0.0.1.117\deploy\assets\images\champions), and be sure to replace the new art after they put it in.
Be aware that the file path may be different for you and the "0.0.1.117" may change when the client updates

This is why we can't have nice things.
What I don't get is why everyone is making such a big deal over this and hating on Riot. Sure, censorship isn't good. But I don't see why some people NEED cigars and skeletons in their mobas.
