Champion idea+xayah and rakan ideas

Hello everyone. I love to imagine things, and the other day, I was thinking, and settled on a new champion idea that I thought be awesome! I would be curious to see if Riot Games actually looked at this. So her weapon would be a double sided spear. And dont think of those ugly spears, I was thinking of long sword blade like on the end of a wooden staff. Incrusted in the metal or blade would be magic jewels. Now I wasn't sure, but I was thinking that it could be like rather sort of like a magic staff that could deal both magic and physical damage. I am not quite sure, but I think that she would have different abilities I was thinking of like double slash or something. You guys and girls can always comment down below if you have any skill ideas. So yah. Oh and if a miracle happens, and Riot oh so suddenly decides to make a champion that ressembles to that of the one that i suggested, my one wish is that you don't make her like super inappropriate (cough cough MISS FORTUNE cough cough) So for her clothing, I was thinking of a long shredded skirt with two metal wristbands, (resembling those of Wonder Woman) I don't really know the damage and heal and all that or the role she would play but if my idea could even be taken into consideration, that would be so amazing.

Part II Xayah and rakan skin ideas: man u guys do not know how many possibilities there are for these two. I am a main xayah, and enjoy playing her very much. Fire and water Light and dark (though this ressembles the one already made) Bride and groom So on and so on. I really love the idea behind these champions, keep up the good work riot!

Note: Mana costs (if any) would be decided based on champion stats. The only stat I know is a base range of 200.

Passive: Twofold - The first hit when entering combat does physical damage. From there, it swaps between magic damage and physical damage each strike. This affects all on hit effects, works with crit, and all other auto attack effects. This will not change true damage.

Q: Into Battle - Instead of having a cooldown, this ability requires taking damage from 4 champion sources (DoT effects count once) before being castable. Maran swipes her weapon before her, dealing 60/90/120/150/180 +100%BonusAD damage. The type is based on what the next auto attack would be (this does not trigger the change. This is available when unlocked and is automatically refreshed after 10 seconds of being out of combat.

W: Aretè - While in combat, Maran passively gains 1 armor and magic resist per second, stacking up to 20. Actively, Maran sacrifices the armor and magic resist to heal herself for between 20/30/40/50/60 +20%BonusAD to 60/90/120/150/180 +60%BonusAD health based on how much was lost. Has a 12 second cooldown.

E: Whirlwind Slash - Maran spins her spear above her, dealing 40/55/70/85/100 +50%BonusAD damage to all enemy units within 250. Both sides of her spear do this, dealing their type of damage. The whole attack takes .75 seconds. This is not canceled by CC. Has an 18 second cooldown, reduced by 1 second per enemy champion, monster, and large minion hit. Counts per strike.

R: Rage of the Champions - Maran envelopes herself with her rage, gaining 1/1.5/2 AD whenever an allied champion takes damage (DoT effects count once) within 1000 units of her. This includes herself. After 10/12.5/15 seconds, the AD is lost. If the AD surpasses 30/45/60, she also gains 30% movement speed for the remainder of the duration.

Also for the attack depending on the range, it could be magical and physical. If she is farther away it'll be magic damage, if she is closer it'll be physical, though this kinda messes up he passive u suggested for her
