They didn't name the Katarina in a cat suit skin "Kitty Katarina," so what makes you think they'd be make this pun?
They didn't make Pentakill Kayle "Pentakayle" so don't expect this to happen.
Nutcracko, Urf the Namitee, Renektoy, Brolaf, Beemo, Emumu, Jaximus, Urfwick, Birdio, Fiddle me Timbers, Pug'Maw, Meowkai... The pun argument sorta falls flat
