Hiyun, The Two-Sided Blade. Top Lane, Jungle.
Passive- Blade’s Reforged: Hiyun’s swords have 250/450/650 attacks and abilities before breaking. Receives new swords 8/9/10 secs after loss or upon return to shop. On receiving new swords, Hiyun’s new weapons will gain 3/4/5/6/7% Attack Damage until death.
Q- Blade Skills: Hiyun switches his weapons positions between attack and defense style, either granting him extra Attack Damage and Attack Speed or Armor and Magic Resist. (1 second cooldown)(No mana cost).
W- Counter/Twin Hurricane- Counter: Hiyun dodges the next champion attacks for 2 seconds. On reactivation will dash past, target dealing 20/25/30/35/40 AP damage. Twin Hurricane: Hiyun slashes at target enemy, dealing 35/40/45/50/55 in an area in front of him. Enemy champions hit more than once are dealt 12/11/10/9/8% less damage. Targets hit 5 times in a row receive a stun for 1.5 seconds. (15/13/11/9/7 second cooldown)(Costs 12/14/16/18/20 mana)
E- Flashing Blade/Piercing Star- Passive: Grants Hiyun 3/4/5/6/7% extra Attack Speed. Flashing Blade: Hiyun dashes towards target, weaving his blade like lightning dealing 25/30/35/40/45 Attack Damage. Piercing Star: Stabs through target dealing 40/50/60/70/80, increasing armor penatration for this ability 60/65/70/75/80%. If used on target afflicted with stun, increases stun effect for 1 seconds. (17/15/13/11/9 second cooldown) (18/21/24/27/30 mana)
R- Blade Shield/Weaving Steel- Blade Shield- Hiyun will jump to target ally and start spinning his swords to deflect the next 5/7/9 attacks aimed at him or target ally. After blocking the final attack, Hiyun’s swords will break, and dashes in target direction. Weaving Steel- Hiyun jumps on target enemy, slowing their movement speed by 40% for 3.5 seconds. Target is struck with 9/10/11 attacks for 65/80/95 Attack Damage. After final hit, Hiyun’s blades are broken, stunning target for .5 seconds. (120/100/80 second cooldown). (60/75/90 mana).

Lore:
Ionian born, Hiyun did not know his heritage during his youth. During the Noxian invasion of Ionia, Hiyun was still a baby when his village was overrun by Noxian troopers. His mother had hidden him within the house to try and protect him. As Noxian forces overwhelmed the small village and prepared to burn it to the ground, his mother reacted, riding into the village through a squad of Noxian swordsmen to retrieve her son. Retrieving him, his mother would turn to find herself confronted by the Noxian commander. Her end came quick, but, as a honor to the mothers sacrifice to try and save her child, he took her son as his own.
After the end of the war, the Noxian commander took the child with him back to Noxus, raising him with no knowledge of his Ionian past. As time passed, the child grew into a capable warrior, commanding a blade with grace. As more time passed however, the child looked to know why his father and him looked nothing alike. During a confrontation of the subject, the child was told that his mother had been originally from Ionia, which at the time satisfied the boy. As time passed however, he felt that this explanation was incomplete, so asked his father for the complete story. The father at this time saw no choice but to tell his adopted son the whole truth. Stunned by the revelation, he was unable to move from his spot. He then asked the man who had raised him for the location of the village, to go pay his respects. During his visit, he looked upon his mother’s remains. Wishing for an end to this war, he revealed a pair of twin blades lighter than anything he had used before. Vowing that the war would not overtake either of his homes again, Hiyun traveled to join the League of Legends, to fight for both his home and his birth place.
