Hey everyone, I thought of this champ design today. I was thinking about how Mount Targon doesn't have an ADC style champion. With this in mind, I came up with this idea. Note that this was thought up on a walk around my neighborhood so it still needs to be refined. Plus I still haven't thought up a name.

Passive: Strength of the Legion: __________ receives 2.5 extra armor and magic resist when an allied champion is nearby, doubling for each extra allied champion.

First Ability: Impact Arrow / Steel Arrows: when activated, _________ arrows deal an extra 20/35/50/65/80 (+20% Attack Damage) and knock enemies back 50 units for 2/3/4/5/6 seconds.

Second Ability: Prisoner: ________ fires an arrow in a target direction with a chain. When it hits a unit, that unit is stunned for 1.5 seconds and prevented from moving away from ________ for 2.5/3/3.5/4/4.5 seconds or until chain is cut (chain is cut by auto attacks) dealing 50/85/120/155/190 (+40% extra attack damage).

Third ability: ______ fires a mystical arrow at a target location, increasing allies health regeneration by 4.5 health per second and decreasing enemies movement speed by 20% area of 500 around the arrow for 3/4/5/6/7

Ultimate: Honor of the Gods: Passively gives ______ 20/35/50 (+10% AP) true damage per auto attack. Activating the ability negates the passive and gives ______ 15/20/25% attack speed and auto attacks apply a burn that damages enemies for 2/3/4% of their current health for 3 second. These effects last 6/7/8 seconds upon activation.

What does everyone think? Any comments would be highly appreciated. I'm going to refine it myself but I want the opinions of others.

Rad concept. Although it seems like it may be a little overpowered. If played as an AD role, the ultimate should balance out the other abilities. My up-vote to you. P.S. I voted answer 3.

Feel like instead of a bow the champ should you a whip with a spearhead on the end. (Idk what the real weapon name is.) And the Mystical Arrow can be a vial or something like that, which then applies the effects listed. Also balance out the damage and effect times. List the cooldowns too. Like the idea though.

You've basically made a champion that builds until he has max attack speed and wrecks everybody. His high safety and amazing scaling make him out to be more of a midlaner than anything, and the mixed scalings of AP and AD guarantee that one of his builds will eclipse the other. His Passive and E are both lackluster and don't fit him too well. How to fix: Lower the stun on W or make it scale. He's too safe early for the hyper carry potential he has late game. His passive and E should scale as well to increase his utility. His Q should be altered slightly. It currently gives ridiculous safety at the press of a button and interrupts dashes. While it is definitely the coolest ability and most interesting, only the first arrow should push back an enemy or maybe the knockback should not be able to trigger on the same enemy more than once per second (given how amazing attack speed builds are on this guy already). Make his bases clear. What is his base AD and AS? Attack Range? Move Speed? I don't know what to say about his ultimate. It's just an enormous chunk of his power budget that you should definitely consider. Put up a gameplay guide. How do you want him to be played? This can often help you identify problems in his kit.
