[Champion concept] Iso'fal ,the speaker of the clouds

Iso'fal is a mage/marksman champion

Passive: meteorologist ,Iso'fal at level 1 can choose which of his abilities deals extra debuffs ,and he can choose another one of his other abilities every 2 levels after that. these debuffs come back on each ability after 15 seconds (on every level). The debuffs Iso'fal can choose from is hypothermia which causes the enemy to be slowed for a set amount of time ,sleet which causes the enemy hit by this to have their screens to be clouded for a set amount of time ,and humidity which causes the enemy that has been targeted by an ability to have greater cost for mana within a reasonable time. Side note: the debuff can not be applied unless you have that ability unlocked.

Q Stork raid: Iso'fal makes a stork that drops a bomb in the area you clicked onto dealing set debuff (according to what the player set it to at level one if he/she did so on the Q) Cool down is 10s at level 1

W Cloud seeding: Iso'fal is buffed with 10% attack damage health and speed for a duration of 6 seconds. If Iso'fal hits an enemy with an auto attack during this buffed period Iso'fal deals a debuff. Cool down is 8s at level 1

E Storm surge: Iso'fal uses the power of clouds to form and control a thunderstorm cloud ,which deals the set debuff. Cool down is 7.5 at level 1

R Cloudzilla: Iso'fal absorbs moisture in the air that enlarges him and turns him into something resembling godzilla. He has increased attack damage and health during this time.

(Secret passive if a kennen is on your team if Iso'fal uses storm surge it counts as a mark of the storm) I do realize that this is more signifigant than other secret passives but I feel it would put more attention on kennen (If it was implemented).

Lore: Iso'fal was a child named osiono lafell who lived in a secluded area of runeterra ,and very brilliant inventors lived there. He was so intrigued with clouds that he wanted to touch one. In one of his many attempts to touch the skies his invention was tampered with .,and because of this during a test run of his make-shift ornithopter he started to fall down to the ground ,When he awoke he was up in the clouds he could hear them and feel them. No one understood the clouds better after this ,and he now protects them because they protect him.
