Ba-Nunu

Figured it wouldn't hurt to suggest this with Summer upcoming and everything. It could also be Order of the Banana Nunu? But I don't think he fits the part that well, and it doesn't seem like the kind of theme to make a set of. http://i.imgur.com/4MKTMeI.png?1 His changed particle effects would be his E and R. His E would throw a bruised banana, and his ult would create a sandstorm around him since it would be pretty cold wearing a swimsuit in a blizzard. Also, his Q would use similar sand effects to his ult just so it doesn't seem out of place.
