Ezreal Skin

I would really like to see an ezreal skin that has actual particle/ability color changes. Right now all of his non-legacy skins are just reskins of the champion itself - no changes to the abilities. Please, I want something that is new and SPICY, but not 3250 RP or whatever it is.
