Gadget - The Noisetank
Gadget is a biomechanical being. He is encapsulated inside a suit that looks like an astronaut's suit. His head floats above his body and is polygonal. It is made of highly reflective metal and is encased in a glass tube. It functions like a disco ball.
He has a chest panel which is a synth, and wires run along his body from his chest to his hands. Gadget has speakers on the palms of his hands
Gadget lacks crowd control, but he makes up for it in high dps.
Passive Amplifier: Each time Gadet deals spell damage, he increases his cast range for all his spells.
Q Sonic Disruption: Gadet blasts a sonic wave from both his hands in a line in the direction he is facing. This deals magic damage to the first person it hits.
W Reverb: Gadet launches a slow moving orb of energy which can be detonated at any time or when it reaches its target. It sends out a sonic wave in all directions which deals magic damage and marks all enemies hit. If Gadget hits them with another spell, they explode dealing magic damage in an AoE around them.
E Theremin Principle: Gadget marks an enemy unit. The closer they get to him, the more damage his spells do. The further away they get from him, Gadget gains increased cool down reduction.
R Echo Collider: Gadget creats an instant explosion and a massive sonic wave goes out in all directions. If it hits an enemy, it deals magic damage to them and echoes of them causing a secondary wave to deal bonus magic damage.
Balgruff - The Storm Chaser
Balgruff is a Dwarf, but even by Dwarven standards he is a giant. Balgruff has a comically large upper body and an equally comical small lower body. His stature makes him unfit to ride horses, so he instead rides a gryphon. Balgruff's motivation is his desire to fit into a functional r role in society. While he was never rejected by society, his peculiar physique made it difficult for him to work anywhere. Finally he found it in black smithing, and while he found fulfillment in his work he could not fill another desire. He always wanted to call a horse his own, but that is something he couldn't fix. Blah blah blah, series of events, climbs to top of mountain and tames Gryphon, flies into storm, gains the ability to command storms.
Balgruff is a ranged, caster, fighter, who is designed to build tanky. He is designed to build with high health and works best against squishy champions. Balgruff's strengths are that he is highly mobile and puts out high dps. This is balanced by his high mana costs and cooldowns as well as little cc.
Passive Static Hammer: When Balgruff attacks an enemy, he can continually attack them without stopping movement as long as they stay in front of him.
Q Nimbus Wing: Balgruff commands Gryphon to take to the skies, gaining bonus movement speed, attack range, and spell cast range.
W Lightning Bolt: (Passive) Balgruff gains bonus attack damage in the form of magic damage based on his maximum health. (Active) Balgruff gains additional attack damage, in the form of magic damage, on a specific target based on the difference between their current health and Balgruff's maximum health. Each attack sounds out a lightning bolt, which is split among all enemies in front of Balgruff, dividing the damage equally to all of them.
E Storm's Wrath: Balgruff commands a lightning strike which deals magic damage in an AoE. The lightning strike hits the ground and travels to all enemies in the AoE, dividing the damage among them equally. This marks them with Storm's Wrath, and for a short duration, Lightning Bolt will deal full damage to all enemies.
R Tempest: Balgruff creates a hurricane at a target location, that rapidly speeds up, dealing increasing damage per second and slowing by an increasing amount. the hurricane forms a ring and enemies caught in the ring take damage per second and are slowed if they try to escape. They are slowed up to 10% of their movement speed, but if they move to the center, the slow dissipates. The eye of the storm is the only safe place.
