Firebrand - Thy Inner Demon

Firebrand is inspired by Etrigan. Firebrand was once a vicious war criminal. When he was eventually captured, he was cursed with immortality and worse, to live as the embodiment of all the sins he committed toward others. He had to live in eternal torment, and the only way to lift the curse was to atone for his sins and never hurt an innocent. To cope with the insanity placed upon him, he learned to speak in poems, thus everything he says his a rhyme.
I had trouble with the ultimate and fear it is too much like Galio's.

Passive Inner Demon: Each of Firebrand's attacks reveal the true evil within his enemies. Each time he deals an instance of damage to an enemy, he marks them with Exonerate. After an enemy receives, 5/6/7 stacks, a creature that represents their inner evil spawns next to them and relentlessly hunts them down. Each monster deals 25/31/37% of the total damage that each stack of Exonerate equals. The monsters grow in size depending on how much damage was dealt.
Q Inferno: Firebrand charges in a line, trampling and engulfing his enemies in flame. This deals 50/60/70/80/90 (+50% of AP) magic damage. After hitting the same enemy 5 times, they explode from the inside dealing an additional 70/80/90/100/110 (+75% of AP) magic damage in an AoE. This cannot go through walls Cost: 50/70/90/110/130 mana Cooldown: This can be used 5 times without going on cooldown. Then it goes on cooldown for 15/14/13/12/11 seconds Range: 345
W Death Pact: Firebrand summons 3 of the greatest warriors he has ever slain to fight along side him. Each one is immortal, and only lasts 10 seconds. Each one deals 10/20/30/40/50% of his AD plus 10/15/20/25/30% of his full hp as physical damage. In addition, when Firebrand casts Inferno, they copy him dealing only 10/15/20/25/30% damage. Cost: 100/115/130/145/160 mana Cooldown: 30/28/26/24/22 seconds after the duration of the spell
E Repentance: Firebrand unleashes a powerful attack, by staring into the souls of his enemies. This deals 75/100/125/150/175 magic damage (+25% of his AP in a cone in front of him. In addition, all those facing him are burned by experiencing the suffering they have caused others. They take an addition 15/35/55/75/95 (+15/20/25/30/35% of his max hp) as magic damage. Cost: 75/85/95/105/115 mana Cooldown: 20/19/18/17/16 seconds
R Divine Absolution: Firebrand creates a spell shield which absorbs all magic damage and magic projectiles. It absorbs damage for 3 seconds, then bursts, returning the damage in a line. This deals the total amount of damage plus an additional 100/175/250 (+20/25/30& of maximum health) in magic damage. Cost: 100/150/200 mana Cooldown: 150/135/120 seconds
