[Champion concept] Egan, the emobidment of Depression
Hello everyone , This isnt a really serious champion concept , i thought i would make a champion based on depression .
Looks : A ghostly/shadowy figure with see-through or almost invisible skin/body Has long limbs and disproportionate body . Has creepy smiling mask for a face.
Lore : It was believed that from an unrequited love could sprout a very happy life but in some cases , that love will turn into a curse .
Egan used to be abounty hunter with his partner and wife Itzel , famous for their achievements along the whole world , they were unbeatable together , Itzel specialised in offense while Egan was the one healing and distracting the foes , they were both agile and together they had no flaws in combat . The last time Egan saw Itzel was after they took a perilous quest to explore a temple rumored to be cursed by ancient magic . The second they put their foot inside the temple , their fate was sealed . Minutes after their arrival , the whole place started trembling and soon , the floor below their feet shattered and they feel to their doom . Egan somehown managed to survive the fall , but his partner itzel sadly suffered fatal wounds duo to the fall . Egan attempted to use healing magic to save his wife from her demise , but failed to ; there was a mysterious dark force absorbing his magical abilites , and soon he felt helpless , weak , exhausted , his love of his life in his arms , they stared at each other until Itzel drew her last breath . Consumed by agony and grief , Egan sat alone in the dark , he felt as if everything went cold as though all the hapiness has gone from the world . Awaiting his demise , with the cold cadavre of his beloved in his arm , he was calm now , he didn't struggle to find a solution or run away, he accepted his death , hoping he might be reunited with Itzel in the after lfie . Days have passed and then weeks , his body started decaying but he was still alive , grabbing a knife , he started stabbing himself in his vital organs , he did not feel pain , and he did not die .
It has been months now , he started halucinating , seeing shadowy figures , he couldn't differenciate between what was real and what was just his imagination . A floating mask surrounded by fog appeared out of thin air , it started slowly , his body was not able to make any movement , let alone stand up and run away . He felt helpless , trapped and cornered and most importantly threatened . The mask glidded in the air , making his way near him , consumed by fear , Egan tried to look elswhere or shut his eye lids . Suddently the mask stopped 2 inches from his face , a cloud of smoke came out from the mask and consumed him . Moment later , he thought he was finaly at peace, finally dead and safe from the hellish nightmare that he was in , he was in town , alone , by himself , he had no limbs , no body , nothing , he has become the Mask , floating around aimlessly , he went to the nearest person , tried to talk to them ,to ask for help , but the person didnt seem to notice his existance , he was doomed to spend the rest of his life suffering , watching people's life from afar , not being able to do anything , he wished death , he wanted to end his life so badly, but he was cursed to be immortal , trapped inside a mask , he couldnt call for help or for attention , no one seemed to look at him , and when his eyes met with another person's eyes , they seemed to pierce through him .

anyway let's move on to his skills .
His passive ( P ) : Fool's paradise : Egan has 25% - chance to be critically attacked , the % decreases the more enemy champions are near him ** His First ability ( Q ) : ** **Ethereal despair ** : every time a unit dies near Egan , it fills him with despair ( gains 1 stack of despair to a max of 10 stacks ) at 10 stacks , Egan can either activate his Q , to generate a shield on himself or , causes his next basic attack to slow his target . **His second ability ( W ) : ** _ Gloom _ : Egan launches a skillshot , that deals Damage over time to the first hit enemy , if it passes through an allied enemy , the damage is increased by a certain percentage .( think of it like a reverse old caitlyn's Q ) **His third ability ( E ) : ** Weeping shadows : Killing an enemy champion spawns an aura that boosts Egan's armor and magic resist , with each additional kill increasing the range and the duration of weeping shadows . **His ultimate ability ( R ) : ** Mental Breakdown : Egan forces an enemy champion to wear him ( egan is a mask , duh , :p ) making the enemy champion unable to see his allies , and can only see enemy untis / champions , aditionaly shields and heals now cause damage instead of healing the victim of a mental break down , they damage both egan and the victim of his R . The duration of Mental breakdown is reduced if there are allies nearby the victim , each additional allied champion lowers the duration of the ult by a set amount of time .
