Plot of league of legends ( idea )

Here's my thought , what if league of legends is a facility that turns people into " legends " that can't be forgotten and give them the abiltiy to continue existing as their ideal " form ". I'll cover nami's story as an example : Nami is a sweet little girl who lived with her two loving parents, who were both oceaonologist . Due to her house being located near the ocean , nami developed a liking to the sea creatures and the wonders of the abyss . Since her young age , nami dedicated a large portion of her time studying and discovering the wonders that the ocean kept hidden . Her huge desire , her thirst for knowledge , and to understand the wonders of the abyss was unquenchable. She read all of the books related the sea , every book who had any connection with the topic of the sea and ocean , no matter how little it was , she read it , even memorized some books that she loved. When she heard that her parents were forced to leave to examine a rare fossil , she begged her parents to let her join them , but knowing the risk that she will face , they refused . Enraged , she locked herself in her room , feeling betrayed . The next day , Nami woke up in her room , alone . She later found out that their parents hired a person to look after her , but felt insulted since she knew she was old enough to take care of herself . Feeling sad and angry , she took her breakfast , wore her swimsuit and headed to the shore for a swim . She knew being near the water was enough to make her forget about all her worries . She started going in the water , taking small steps as the water was cold , but soon after she had already adapted to the temperature and went further and deeper in the water . But before she realised she was in too deep and the current was strong , as the winds began to howl , she knew she wasn't going to make it . Exhausted she surrendered herself and the water engulfed her body as she slowly sunk to the bottom of the sea. Weeks later , her body miraculously appeared on a shore , her body was glowing , emitting light , the second her parents were noticed about the appearance of their only child's corpse , they immiediatly went to retrieve it and , to maybe be forgiven for shuning their young daughter , they sent the shell of their daughter's soul to an agency dedicated to grand the wish of a person at the cost of their life or their body . Her body was soon collected and offerend to the head of this agency , after further examination , it was decided that she was fit for this procedure . Her remains were put in a capsule and then began the transfer . The will of nami and her affinity to the sea were strong enough to transfer her new "self" into another dimension . In that dimension she was born again in the form of a mermaid , a mythical sea creature ; half fish - half human and joined the rest of the specimens that made it through the transfer , calld "Legends" .
