Anything that'll help Swain is music to my ears... Unless some pro plays him and suddenly everyone starts spamming him :(
Annie was a given considering her infamous flash bear drop, not surprised.
Swain makes sense with his short range nature.
Wouldn't have thought of Lissandra off the top of my head, but I guess it works for her initiation.
Kennan seems like a given too.
I'm really glad you mentioned Galio, because his immobility is literally the only thing keeping him from being broken AF right now.
I'd be interested to hear your opinion on 
(dash>Nomnom seems excellent) (seems like a great way to stick to people during ult) 
(great reposition into a team wide knockup, although she has allies for that already) and 
(dash combo seems perfect)
Hextech Starburst also has great synergy with these champions right?
