Ability to create own Emotes?
was just thinking, you can create your own league skins and use them that will only change your side of things. wouldn't it be nice to create your own custom emotes as well? or does that already exist even?

in game you cant do either. As for third party mods itll probably happen eventually but only you could see it. As for why can we do it in game just look at rts's alot of people use it responsibly but ll it takes is one person making a penis skin and it ruins it for everyone and then riot is held responsible.
