Champion Concept- Vulcan the Dragon Lord

Disclaimer: This is my first Champion Concept so please some constructive criticism, please. Also, anything you liked. Sorry no pictures I couldn't find a right one.

Idea: So I was thinking the other day about a Champion that uses fire, because honestly I want more of them(not including skins). My mind instantly roamed to Dragons because who doesn't like Dragons. Now I know we got but I really liked this idea and I thought I would share it.

Name: Vulcan the Dragon Lord or Dragon Breed or Dragon Decent (i couldn't decide) Role: Fighter I want him to be a very good duelist as well as being able to zero down enemy squishies in team fights.

Lore: Vulcan is descended from a Dragon Human Hybrid, similar to Shyvanna, this gives him the ability to control flames as well as consume them. Having this gift all his life he was trained to be the ultimate Dragon Slayer.

One day he heard of a dragon feasting on a nearby villages livestock. Taking his families old katana he adventured of to a village prepared to slay the dreaded beast. Eventually he found the dragon's cave lair and rushed in sword unsheathed. He met the dragon deep into the cave its hulking form hovering over him and its eyes fixed on him. He attack beginning the battle between the dragon and slayer. Try as the dragon might it could not burn Vulcan, he only consumed each fire attack it breathed until Vulcan stabbed his sword into the great dragon's heart. Vulcan howled in victory, but a fainted noise distracted him from the victory. It came from the back of the cave the tiny sound. Sword ready he ventured deeper into cave until he came to the end. The cave opened up to a circular room where all the dead cattle and pigs where thrown around the room... and in the center was an egg that had recently hatched. Vulcan watched as the baby dragon stumbled around and looked up Vulcan with hopeful eyes. Vulcan dropped his knees and his blade as the realization came to him, he had murdered a mother simply trying to protect and feeds its young. His mistake made he vowed to seek redemption for his actions and adopted the young dragon promising to raise him as his own and named him Nova.

Now Vulcan and Nova travel the country seeking to bring any person who hurts the innocent to their knees. Be they human, monster, dragon or otherwise.

Appearance: Vulcan I think should look simple with black pants with a white tank top on that has the blood of the mother dragon on it to remind him of the mistake he made. He should also have red eyes with slits for pupils like animals. Also i think he should have a cape like thing that is tucked into the back of his pants. In his right hand should be his katana that he wields in one hand. The sword's hilt should be some sort of fire symbol with a dragon head at the base of the blade like the blade is coming from the mouth. His left arm should be in some sort of red dragon armor with a shoulder pad where Nova sits.

Abilities: Passive: Consume Fire- 1. Whenever an enemy champion is on fire, either from him, or and he auto attacks them Vulcan heals himself for a portion of the damage done to the target. The heal gets stronger if Vulcan is below 30% health. 2. Every auto attack that hits Vulcan gains stacks of Consume Fire at 12 stacks he is able to upgrade an ability.

Q: Nova's Flight- Vulcan instructs Nova to fly in a straight line breathing fire below him damaging minions and monsters setting them on fire. When hitting a champion Nova stops on them spins over them breathing fire on them dealing damage as well as setting them on fire. (skill shot) Upgrade: Nova gets bigger and the width of the ability doubles.

W: Dragon's Leap: Vulcan jumps up and speeds down to a target stunning them for one second and deals damage. However, Vulcan can only target enemies on fire. Upgrade: Vulcan grows wings and a tail. The wings allow the range of Dragon's Leap to be increased and the tail is because it looks cool. :)

E: Dragon's Fang- Vulcan instantly slashes a targeted cone dealing damage and setting the enemy on fire. Upgrade- Vulcan's arm become scaled like a dragon allowing the damage of this ability to go up.

Ultimate: Dragon's Fire- Vulcan pauses for a second then breaths fire in a massive cone in front of him dealing massive damage to people in it over time and slows as well. Can be re-directed all through out. Does not set enemies on fire, but enemies who are on fire receive extra damage. Upgrade- Vulcan gains dragon lungs making the cone range is extended and damage is slightly increased.

Role: I see Vulcan(and Nova) as either a top or jungle role because of his ability to stay alive from his passive. He can be built to be a busier like , tanky like or all damage. ^_^

For skins Dragonslayer is pretty obvious. Let me know you guys have for ideas.
