Champion Preview(sort of)

I made a Champion Concept last week I believe and I plan to re-upload a new polished version of him(with a photo) hopefully this week, if not next week. If you have anything to say above the Champion or anything to add or help balance him I would love to see some comments from you guys. Any help is appreciated. I would really like to see my Champion in game and I hope you like it as well. Thank you.
