Omg yes!
I dunno how long the usual skins take,I know that DJ sona took over a year,but she is an ultimate skin,so her taking longer than other skins was to be expected. I guess regular skins can take a few months,depending on how smoothly the development goes(dianas lunar skin for example took a lot of time,becuase they didn't like the initial concept,stuff like this can always happen)
