it says in the lore garen x taric. it's canon. Taric is like garen's woman in the lore. on the other hand, katarina and garen are deadly competitors and being bros for a while in battles, there is no romance about them, it's fanon thing. katarina is like a man competing with garen, and garen only sees her as bros, not a woman. I'm all based on canon here, not making anything up.

You are making literally everything you said up.

No where in the lore does it say any of that garbage about Garen and Taric. Any person with half a brain cell can go look at Taric's lore and tell you the same thing.

And show us exactly where in the lore it says that, because you have literally never cited any of your sources(probably because there are none).

And I can see Katarina in a wedding dress.... though, I'm not sure how they'd make it work, unless they give her a skirt instead of a full dress.
