Backstory:
Sir Jonathan (a.k.a. Jack) was a renowned archaeologist and explorer from Piltover who would travel to ancient ruins to obtain and research artifacts of long lost civilizations. A firm believer in the existence of the ancient Icathians, Jonathan's career was ruined after he presented an idol, which he believed to be of Icathian origin, that he had found in a temple deep within the Kumungu jungle.
Little did he know that the idol was cursed, gradually driving him to insanity, and going on a murder frenzy in the streets of Piltover. He was caught, convicted, and detained in the Piltover Asylum for the Criminally Insane for several years, until he finally escaped, a horribly scarred visage of his former self, having mutilated himself in the Asylum to sate his need for flesh and blood. Now he stalks the streets and alleyways of the city, ready to prey upon the unsuspecting masses.

4.2
"Is this blasted thing on? Hello? H-hello? Testing. Testing. One, two. Ah! There we go! Damned Hextech contraptions. I'll have to 'ol Heimi take at a look at it later."
"Alright (clears throat) Sir Jonathan of Piltover's Archaeology Research Society reporting on my recent expedition to the Kumungu jungle."
"As was to be expected, the Kumungu proved itself to be one of the most inhospitable places on all of Valoran. Luckily, one of Bandle City's scouts gave me some key advice to survive on my journey. Oddly, creatures in the Kumungu fear two distinct objects: Helmets with goggles, and mushrooms. Just wave one of them in front of you, and they run away screaming, as though they've seen a demon of some sort."
"I arrived at my destination after a few days travel. The temple was not as spectactular as the rumors had made it out to be, but it did seem a bit peculiar."
"Inside its stone walls, all that was there was a small, obsidian altar with what appeared to be an idol depicting some sort of ancient deity."
"Surprisingly, there were no traps or mechanisms guarding the thing, almost as if the former inhabitants WANTED it to be taken away. Of course, I took it. No sense in coming all that way, and not taking the only, bloody thing in that barren excuse for a temple. I mean, come on! Can't ancient civilizations take bored archaeologists into consideration? Hm? No poison darts. No pitfalls with spikes. Not even a giant boulder to chase me down a hall with the idol? Bah! I say! Bah! But I digress."
"The idol seems to have markings of a dead language scrawled on it. I'll have to report later on what I can manage to translate."
"Sir Jonathan signing off."
6.9
"I've finally managed to translate a few of the markings. They roughly read out as 'God of Chaos' in what I'm certain is Icathian. Imagine that! I, Sir Jonathan have translated Icathian!"
"My colleagues don't believe me, but I know better. No other language contains symbols this distinct."
"I'll have to translate more. I can't wait to see the baffled looks on their faces, when I do, ha!"
7.11
"The translation of the idol's markings is coming along rather easily. TOO easily, if I do say so myself, but I ascribe this sudden burst of linguistic prowess to my own genius! The markings almost seem to jump off the idol and translate themselves, ha!
"What I've discovered thus far reads, 'Whomever lays their hands upon the God of Chaos shall know His presence.'"
"I have absolutely no bloody idea what those cyclopes were talking about, but it's a breakthrough, nonetheless!"
"Just wait until those neigh-sayers have their minds blown away by my brilliance!
7.12
"Damn it all!"
"Those buffoons wouldn't know a great discovery, if it hit them square in the ballocks!"
"T-they laughed at me! THEY laughed at ME! ME! Sir Jonathan, who braved the Kumungu wilds to bring back one of the last pieces of cyclopian culture, and THIS is how they show their appreciation!?"
"Well, they haven't heard the last of old Jack, I can tell you that much, yes, they'll be begging for my good grace next time! I'm sure of it!"
Jaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaack
"What was that? Hello? Ah, listen to me, I'm starting to hear things, I'm so enraged. I must get back to work on that idol. My career depends on it!"
8.13
"Hahaha, yes! I've finally translated it all! It took me another month's time, but at last I have the whole story behind the idol!"
"'Whomever lays their hands upon the God of Chaos shall know His presence. Blood will call Him, and flesh shall pave His way. Rejoice in the carnage of the heretics, and He shall be pleased.'"
"The idol's markings tell of the Icathian rituals performed to worship the God of Chaos. The incantation is merely the tip of the iceberg! At last, I can finally show people that my research isn't for naught --- AGH! Damn, that hurt! Cut myself on the bloody idol, for crying out loud! I'll have to be more careful next time I hold it."
8.15
"Hehe...hahaha, hahahahahahaa! IT'S POINTLESS, ISN'T IT?! Nobody believes what I have to say. They all think me mad. Well, maybe I am mad, after all."
"Chasing after a dead language, and a dead civilization...how ludicrous! I was an imbecile to think that I'd ever make it in Piltover's academia with myths and fairy tales. It's over sniff, my career is over.
Oh, now don't say that, Jack.
"Ah, YOU again. I thought you'd gone away after I finished my business with that stupid idol.
Now, now, Jack, We can never leave you. We're your friends.
"Friends? HA! You're just a manifestation of my stress brought on by months of fatigue. Besides, what friends do I have now? They all left me, after I made myself the laughingstock of the entire university."
But you still have Us, Jack. We'll never leave you.
"(chuckles) Yes, I suppose there's that. I might as well start research something else. I hear Freljord's ancient tribes are all the rage now."
But you still have work to do, Jack.
"Oh, what the hell, I'll humor you. What, pray tell, is this 'work' I have to do, hm?"
You need to show the heretics the beauty of the idol, Jack. Make them know your greatness.
"That's over and done with. I've given up on it."
You can still show them, Jack. We can help you.
"How so?"
Let Us in, Jack. Let Us in, and We can help you.
"W-what do you mean, 'Let Us in?'? What are you on about?"
Let Us in, Jack. Let Us in, so We can punish the heretics together.
"What? W-wait...Heretics? Us? The idol! You're not just a voice in my head are you?!"
Let Us in, Jack.
"N-no. It can't be."
Let Us in, Jack.
"No! I-I-I-I won't let you!"
LET US IN, JACK.
"THIS CAN'T BE HAPPENING!"
LET US IIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIN!
"NO! N-NO! NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!"
"....Blood will call Him, and flesh shall pave His way. Rejoice in the carnage of the heretics, and He shall be pleased. Hehe. Hehehe. Hehehehehe, HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAAAAAAAAAAAA!"
(Might do a voice-over of this soon)
Overall, this concept was to create a champion that capitalizes on being relentless towards your opponents, but give enough areas of weakness that the opponents can use to defend themselves. I also wanted to run with the concept of how a serial killer in theme could fit in terms of gameplay. Feel free to tell me what you think. I always appreciate feedback ^ w ^
passive, but is much stranger.
