Don't get me wrong I love Soraka
and the Divine skin itself but 950 for a simple outfit change? The particles for her abilities weren't even changed in the slightest. I'd see that skin being at most 750RP but 950?
Can someone explain?

It's actually a new model, no horn and new head, some slight other changes.
Real reason, being completely honest. Its the dress, it takes them a seriously long time to animate long dresses which equals more money. it is generally the same but the character animations are different bc of the dress.
Soraka is still bad, very bad. F+ Tier Support. Give me back my Old Soraka Morello, with a REAL passive.
It's the dress and a new head. before we got the Reaper skin and Banana skin, this was the first and only skin she was wearing a dress and it was considered huge at the time.
And remember, this skin was made before she got a visual update and before they implemented the current tier skin prices.
