Nightmare before Christmas Nocturne

Talked to Cles at Riot Games support about a new Nocturne skin for the Nocturne mains in the community and we came up with the Nightmare Before Christmas idea. Possibly have some jingle bells wrapped around his arms that change colors like christmas lights glowing and with new seasonal Christmas moves and sayings and it would really be a cool idea! Let me know what everyone thinks or if you have more to add feel free! Lets hope Riot sees this I feel like it'd be a big seller!
