Stormbringer Nocturne! When he ults it lightning and rains all over the map and it is clouds with different chromas for the color scheme. The Q would be a lightning bolt trail with sparks on the ground, the W can be a golden shield, and the E can be electric orbs extending out! Link to colored lightning to give an idea!!
