Tutorial on How to Make Custom Skins

So, this originally started out as me trying to create a Ghost Rider Thresh skin, as suggested by someone else. I wanted to record it and just make a video of the progress, but as soon as I got lazy actually making the skin, I decided to make the video into a bit of a humorous tutorial. The video talks about the basics of creating a custom skin while my work is playing at super speed in the back, and then showcases the skin so bad that it's comical.
