Made the skin out of boredom yesterday - A few edits to the model (Mostly by transparency), full recolor, and full particle effects. I thought it would be amusing to make Azir's turret into the Eye of Sauron. Constructive Criticism and ideas are much appreciated :D

figitstorm1 votesGo to mapskins.com - they have tutorials for everything. Particles are edited the same was as skins if you can find a dds file for them.
