Odd new champion

I want Riot would create a champion in which he was an attorney or something. His main mini game would be this. He selects an enemy champion, much like kindred and if the "suspected" person kills one of said champions team mates, an event would occur in which items (within a certain radius) would appear that only the said champion and the enemy champion would see.The announcer would announce that "The court case was on" Both the said champion and the enemy champion would be immune to all damage and cannot deal damage for 30 seconds and would have to find the "evidence".If they find the evidence the opposing player would be killed instantely regardless of anything but abilities that prevent death.The rest of his kit would revolve around being a utility based person,basically have free wards, shields, traps, stuns, and the like. He would have to be a medium tank and wouldn't too much damage, but his utility and mobility would be great. Tell me in the comments if this is a good idea or a horible mistake.(which it probabley is)
