Bard needs a buff

Well i was playing Bard and put my alters down.....It helped the enemy team....... I put down the gate to narnia and helped the enemy team...... I R to freeze an annoying champion and accidentally R my own teammate.......katirina shows up smashes her face into the keyboard and both of us get killed.......Aaahhhhhhhhh the life of bard.You know we should really buff bard a bit(ramp up the ap and ad plz)a bit .......... maybe make his spells NOT help the enemy team......just maybe.....
