That's a recolored version of the Sailor Moon homage Lux skin that already exists.
That Sailor Moon Lux in the image is actually Star Guardian Lux that someone recoloured.
Maybe they'll do a chroma for it. I'm not actually sure about how strict copyright on it is though.
