More League Faction Skins Please e.g. Noxus, Imperial (Demacia), Ionia etc.

I was just looking through reasonably old skins and saw the skins that almost changed the faction of the champion e.g. Noxus , Ionia etc. and I thought that maybe more could be implemented. One I thought could be a good idea would be maybe Ionia , with Ionian armour, and her dragon form could be depicted as a Chinese dragon, similarly to Ao Shin. I don't think they would need new voiceover's/quotes because then that might make it a 1820/1850 (I forgot the value :/) skin. Even if the skins were 18 whatever, I still think that the concept is particularly enticing and it slightly intrigues me into reading more league lore too :D Maybe more void skins and maybe shadow isles skins.
