New Champion Idea

So I was just sitting at home and I thought of a new champion that should be in League of Legends that uses the power of magnetism. I don't know his name yet but he would be an AP mid-laner/jungler. His passive is that every time an enemy champion dies by his abilities he steals their armor (or just gets armor stacks). For his Q, he picks up an enemy unit and slams it on the ground dealing magic damage. When the enemy unit dies by that ability he gets a 1.75 second passive allowing him to pull an enemy towards him with his basic attacks. His W throws an enemy unit in any direction, if that unit hits a wall or barrier it gets stunned for .80 seconds. His E would be a knock up where he slams himself on the ground and knocks up all enemies within the radius. His ult/R would be counted as a knock up too, he picks up all enemy units in the area and does damage to them while in air then slams them on the ground dealing lots of damage, reducing armor, and slowing for 3.5 seconds. If any allies are within the radius of his ult, they get extra armor and move speed for 3.5 seconds. If anyone has any comments or questions then go ahead and ask. Again, this was just something I came up with and thought it would be cool.
