New Champion Idea
- Over Spring Break I had an idea for a new champion named Ravase (Ray-voz).
Lore: Ravase is a robot bent on the destruction of all life forms. Ravase was a robot built by Viktor and was meant to help him finish his mission of evolving men into metal. Immediately after Viktor finished his creation, Ravase went on to kill, he was smart enough to know that metal was not an answer, but rather a substitute for the shackles of flesh that binds a man to his hellish soul. Ravase had a different approach, KILL. A perfect world is not one of metal, it is a world forged by the corpses of his enemies. He knew he would have to take Viktor's acts into his own hands to get results, so he did. Ravase killed everything in his path, men, women, children. He did not see them as souls, he saw them as targets, obstacles that got in the way of his master's vision. "All life forms are weak, weakness is not acceptable"
Abilities: Passive- Fail-Safe In the event of Ravse's death, he will self-destruct doing 100(+10% of bonus AP) in a large radius. Ravse can not move after death.
Q- V37 Sonic Wave Grenade Ravase tosses a bomb that ticks three times. After each tick the bomb will do more damage. If Ravse does not set the bomb off after one second of the final tick it will not explode. If the bomb does explode it will slow the enemy for by 5% 4 seconds and will initially blind them for 1 second. After the third tick, the bomb will stun instead of slowing. Damage- 75/90/120/150 + 20 damage per tick
W - Power Dilation Ravase sacrifices 50/75/100/100 health to empower him for 5 seconds giving Ravase 15% increased movement speed and 50% increased mana regen.
E - 2293 Tor Ravager Ravase sends a small seeker robot to find an enemy. The robot goes forward in a straight line and marks the first thing it hits (besides structures). If ravase is close enough to the marked target, he will get true sight of the target and can activate the ability again to shoot a laser at the target dealing 75(+20% of bonus AP). If the robot gets close enough to a Champion, it will follow the champion until it is marked.
R - Ultimatum of Destruction Ravase fires a laser down a straight line dealing 200/300/400/500 (100% of bonus AP) to enemies. The laser will also leave a path that slows enemies by 40% for 3 seconds if they walk on it and granting allies 20% increased movement speed while treading the path. If Ravse gets a kill with this ability he will heal for 15% of his missing health. If an enemy is affected by the slow from the path on this ability, other slows will not stack, same if someone is slowed before stepping on the path.
