Anybody else's Skins not equipping when you activate them?

Like every single time I go into teambuilder I equip my skin, but in game it doesn't load. My buddy has been having the same problem. I click it a thousand times and then it works, but why won't it remember my skin request? I play multiple games in a row and it still won't remember
